Building your profile When you chat in My Vibe or upload a resume or LinkedIn profile, AI turns what you say into a written profile, covering your interests, projects, and goals, that the rest of Wingman reads from.

Finding your matches Fresh Finds uses your profile to rank opportunities and write a short, specific "why it fits" for the strongest ones, instead of handing you a database to search yourself.

Tracking deadlines & tasks When you add something to your Quest Log, AI checks the program's own page for its deadline and builds a checklist of next steps, labeled by how verified each step actually is.

WHAT IT SEES Only what a feature needs to do its job.

•Information in your profile may be sent to our AI providers, Anthropic and Google, to rank opportunities, generate your profile, and power recommendations.

•A resume or LinkedIn upload is processed to pull out relevant information; the file itself is not kept afterward.

•Before your profile has enough in it, Wingman lets you browse the catalog without personalized ranking rather than guessing.

WHAT IT DOESN'T DO No training on your data. No public profile.

•We do not intentionally use your information to train our own AI models.

•Wingman doesn't have public profiles, social feeds, or user-to-user messaging, so your profile and activity stay private.

•A checklist step tells you plainly whether it came from the program's own page, a trusted guide, or a typical-steps guess, never presented as more certain than it is.

Every AI action runs on a daily allowance. On the Free plan, profile chats, match-finding, deadline checks, and resume imports share a daily cap that resets at midnight UTC. The rest of the app, your catalog, Quest Log, and calendar, keeps working either way. Wingman Unlimited removes the cap.

Safeguards we build in A few limits we hold ourselves to, on purpose, in how these features are built.

We don't ask what we don't need Wingman never collects gender or other personal information that isn't needed to find and track opportunities. Your profile is built from your interests and goals, not a demographic form.

Chats aren't kept word for word Your conversations with the profile chatbot are not stored verbatim. What's kept is the synthesized profile they produce, not a transcript of everything you typed.

Off-topic conversation gets stopped The chatbot is built to stay on the task of building your profile. If a conversation drifts off topic, it steers back or stops, rather than following it wherever it goes.

Who processes it Wingman uses third-party AI providers, Anthropic and Google, to process the information described above. We don't represent that they retain or process it exactly as we do; their own policies may apply. We aim to use provider configurations and agreements consistent with the practices described here.
