Youth Leadership in Activism (YLA) is a volunteer leadership program at Amnesty International USA that encompasses roles such as Peer Trainers, Student Activist Coordinators, Slack Community Managers, and Social Media Managers. Youth leaders provide peer-to-peer coaching, training, resource-sharing, and engagement opportunities to support student groups and activists in defending human rights.
