The Youth Documentary Academy provides intensive media and documentary film training to young people in under-served and under-represented communities. Over ten weeks, students learn all aspects of documentary filmmaking from pre-production to distribution, direct and produce their own documentaries based on their lived experiences, and participate in a second year of mentoring and film distribution.
