Young Scholars Summer Program in Biostatistics and Clinical Research

The YCAS Young Scholars intensive summer program provides high school students entering 11th and 12th grade with the opportunity to learn about biostatistics and clinical research in an academic environment. Students are introduced to basic statistical methods, study designs used in medical research, and the R programming language, working in teams to analyze real health science data and develop a final presentation.
