The Upward Bound Summer Program is a six-week residential summer program for high school students held at Penn State Behrend. Students live on campus, take preparatory courses in math, science, and English, have opportunities for dual-enrollment classes, and participate in STEAM-related hands-on activities, electives, career exploration, and an end-of-program excursion.
