The Upward Bound Program helps high school scholars build the skills and motivation necessary to pursue and succeed in college and attain a bachelor’s degree. Serving students in select schools in Durham, Chatham, and Lee Counties, the program supports participants from low-income families and families in which neither parent holds a bachelor's degree.
