Penn Upward Bound is an afterschool and summer college prep program for highly motivated students at specific Philadelphia high schools who demonstrate financial need or will be first-generation-to-college students. The program provides academic support, college and career advising, a summer residential program on campus, community service, and stipends to empower students to become competitive college applicants.
