UCSB Research Mentorship Program (RMP) – Social Sciences Track

The UCSB Research Mentorship Program offers high-achieving students a rigorous six-week hands-on research experience paired with university mentors, including a multi-day virtual component and an in-person session on the UC Santa Barbara campus. Students dedicate 35 to 50 hours a week to research, earn 8 university credits, write a technical research paper, and present their findings at a formal academic symposium.
