Texas A&M Youth Adventure Program: Kinesiology & Sports Science

A one-week residential career exploration course that gives students access to Texas A&M’s high-tech human performance and sports science labs. Students utilize fitness-testing equipment and wearable technologies to measure exercise physiological data, practice athletic training wrapping and rehabilitation, and design sport-specific dietary plans. At the end of the week, students present a comprehensive case study to faculty and coaches.
