The Teen Internship Program is an immersive engineering and design internship and research project where high school students use maker technologies to create accessible materials for blind or visually impaired clients. Interns learn universal design principles, empathy-driven design, and professional workplace skills while working with tools such as 3D printing, computer programming, and laser cutters.
