The Swarthmore Summer Scholars Program (S3P) is a competitive-entry program for incoming Swarthmore students interested in STEM fields who are first-generation, low-income, or have experienced opportunity gaps. The program provides a four-week summer academic immersion experience before the first semester and an additional week in January, offering full cost coverage, faculty mentoring, and a supportive cohort to help students acclimate to college-level STEM coursework.
