The Summer of Opportunity Program (SOOP), offered through Youth Employment Services (YES), provides students ages 14-20 residing in the City of Rochester with real-world work experience and internships with diverse employers and community partners. Selected participants complete a six-week program working a maximum of 20 hours per week across public, not-for-profit, faith-based, and private sector organizations.
