The Summer Academy for Math and Science (SAMS) at Carnegie Mellon University is a rigorous 6-week pre-college program for rising high school seniors interested in STEM fields. Designed particularly for students underrepresented in STEM, the program features a virtual jumpstart followed by an in-person residential experience including rigorous coursework, hands-on research projects, college admissions workshops, and mentoring.
