The State 4-H Horse Judging Contest provides an opportunity for youth to demonstrate their knowledge of equine-related subject matter in a competitive setting while developing life skills such as objective reasoning, decision making, public speaking, and teamwork.
Eligibility
Open to all 4-H members; one does not need to own a horse or be enrolled in a horse project to participate.
