The South Carolina Region 1 Science Fair is an ISEF-affiliated competition hosted at Southern Wesleyan University for students in Upstate South Carolina. High school students present original research across various scientific fields to compete for awards and advancement to the International Science and Engineering Fair. Participants represent seven Upstate counties: Anderson, Abbeville, Laurens, Greenville, Greenwood, Oconee, and Pickens.
