Research Training Program (RTP)

The Research Training Program (RTP) is a four-week, in-person summer program at Seattle Children's Research Institute designed to introduce high school students in grades 10 and 11 to biology laboratory research. Students learn techniques in biochemistry, immunology, gene editing, and infectious diseases, participate in college readiness workshops, and conduct their own independent research projects. There is no cost to participate, and students receive a stipend.
