The Pomona College Academy for Youth Success (PAYS) is a 3-year multi-summer and academic year program for local high school students from groups traditionally underrepresented in higher education. Scholars participate in college-level courses, cultural events, workshops, projects, and field trips during an intensive 4-week residential summer program and throughout the academic year to prepare for admission to selective and highly selective colleges and universities.
