The PhysicianTrack Program is a multi-year pipeline initiative that supports Philadelphia high school students aspiring toward medical careers. It features two consecutive summers of wilderness medicine instruction paired with ongoing academic-year mentorship from Penn medical students. Support continues through high school graduation and into the participant's first year of college.
