Pennsylvania Junior Academy of Science State Competition
The Pennsylvania Junior Academy of Science (PJAS) State Competition is the statewide culmination of 12 regional PJAS meets held each spring at Penn State Main Campus. High school and middle school students present original scientific research in oral presentations to panels of judges. Participants compete for state-level honors, scholarships, and awards.
