State Science Day is the equivalent of a state championship for student science projects, providing an opportunity for students to demonstrate their abilities and interests in science through individual experimentation and research. Over 1,000 students in grades 5-12 who receive superior ratings at district science fairs participate to compete for scholarships and awards.
