The Minnesota Advancing Science and Cancer Education Discoveries (M-ASCEND) program supports and enhances cancer-focused research through academic persistence. It offers engaging high school opportunities during the academic year and a summer internship and service learning component, alongside undergraduate internships and professional development for teachers, focusing on hands-on research and community-based participatory research.
