Applicants must be 18 or younger as of the application deadline; be a U.S. citizen residing in the U.S., a Permanent Resident residing in the U.S., or stationed overseas due to active U.S. military duty; have completed a significant piece of work; and be able to demonstrate the work is their own creation. Two-person teams are also eligible.
