The Citywide Youth Advisory Council is a youth-led council made up of 15 Seattle teens representing their communities and neighborhoods. Members advise on ARC, SPR, and City initiatives, enhance programming opportunities for youth, and work with key stakeholders while earning a stipend, gift cards, and volunteer service hours.
