Career Explorations (CEXP) Mentorship & Internship
Career Explorations (CEXP) is a year-round pre-employment Learn and Earn Mentorship and Job Training program for teens and young adults aged 13-21. Participants explore career paths, develop workforce and leadership skills, and gain hands-on experience through workshops, job shadowing, mentorship, and paid internships with Seattle Parks & Recreation.
