The Capital Area Science & Engineering Fair (CASEF) is a competition that gives Pennsylvania students in grades 9–12 the opportunity to showcase their research and compete for a pathway to qualify for the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF). Serving the Northern Tier and Central Pennsylvania, CASEF encourages student innovation in science, engineering, robotics, technology, computers, and mathematics.
