The Counselor in Training (CIT) program at Camp Orkila is a four-week teen leadership experience designed to help participants take the first step in becoming a cabin counselor. Teens focus on team building, leadership skills, and counseling techniques through a week of training, a week working directly with a cabin group, a week of service on Orcas Island, and a final week of reflection.
