The American Red Cross National Youth Council is composed of young leaders who represent and serve Red Cross youth and young adult volunteers across the country. The council advocates for youth volunteer involvement, advises leadership, connects youth through communications, plans national events, and supports youth in developing leadership, teamwork, and networking skills.
