The 4-H Horse Speaking Contest helps youth gain self-confidence, courage, and persuasiveness while developing public speaking skills focused on horse-related subjects and the 4-H Horse project. Participants can compete in various divisions including formal speech, individual presentation, team presentation, extemporaneous speaking, and interpretive reading.
